Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tic Tac Toe mobile application (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App provides solo games against an AI, online matchmaking (including a bot fallback), and turn-based matches with friends. Some features require creating an account with email or Google Sign-In.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Usernames and display names must not be abusive, misleading, or infringe others’ rights.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt other players.
- You can request account deletion via request-deletion.html.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, automate play, or abuse matchmaking / friend systems.
- Do not harass other players through names, invites, or other in-app features.
- Do not reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law.
4. Ads and analytics
The App may show advertisements (including AdMob) and collect analytics to improve reliability and features. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Availability
Online features depend on network connectivity and Firebase services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed, our liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the prior 12 months (which may be zero for a free app).
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we publish revisions.
